“More Park, Less City”
Wolf Creek Resort and Golf Club, Utah is a master planned resort development in Eden, Utah. It lies in the central area of the beautiful Ogden Valley, tucked behind the Wasatch Mountains about 15 miles west of Ogden, and 60 miles north east of Salt Lake City.
The Wolf Creek Master HOA was founded in 2002 and does business as Wolf Creek Resort Master Association, Inc. It is an umbrella organization for the neighborhood HOAs of the resort and includes several neighborhoods and developments – over 500 homes, planned residential unit developments (PRUDs), condominiums and custom home building lots in total. The majority of HOA active functions are carried out by individual neighborhood HOAs.
