The Wolf Creek Master HOA was founded in 2002 and does business as Wolf Creek Resort Master Association, Inc. It is an umbrella organization for the neighborhood HOAs of the resort and includes several neighborhoods and developments – over 500 homes, planned residential unit developments (PRUDs), condominiums and custom home building lots in total. The majority of HOA active functions are carried out by individual neighborhood HOAs.

The main developments are Trappers Ridge (PRUD), Fairways (PRUD), The Highlands (custom homes), Hidden Oaks (custom homes), Eagles Landing (custom homes), The Retreat (custom homes), and The Bridges (custom homes and PRUD).
Other neighborhoods in this part of the valley include Patio Springs, Moose Hollow and Cascades (condominiums), Wolf Lodge, Eden Hills, Elkhorn. Each has its own character and, in some cases, their own HOAs.
