The Wolf Creek Master HOA was founded in 2002 and does business as Wolf Creek Resort Master Association, Inc. It is an umbrella organization for the neighborhood HOAs of the resort and includes several neighborhoods and developments – over 500 homes, planned residential unit developments (PRUDs), condominiums and custom home building lots in total. The majority of HOA active functions are carried out by individual neighborhood HOAs.
These Wolf Creek Resort neighborhoods offer all types of resort living, from single family homes, to condominium houses with maintained landscape, to condominium multi-unit buildings. The main developments are Trappers Ridge (PRUD), Fairways (PRUD), The Highlands (custom homes), Hidden Oaks (custom homes), Eagles Landing (custom homes), The Retreat (custom homes), and The Bridges (custom homes and PRUD).
Other neighborhoods in this part of the valley include Patio Springs, Moose Hollow and Cascades (condominiums), Wolf Lodge, Eden Hills, Elkhorn. Each has its own character and, in some cases, their own HOAs.
Bridges
The Bridges at Wolf Creek is the newest development at Wolf Creek Resort and will consist of approximately 360 units varying from cottages to custom home sites, situated in the north-west end of the resort. It will be connected to the resort by gravel walking trails with road access via Fairways Drive. The Bridges is being developed in several phases, with Phase 1 currently selling home sites.
Fairways
Fairways at Wolf Creek consists of approximately 50 single family patio homes set around the 15th and 16th holes of the Wolf Creek Golf Course. The development has its own swimming pool and a clubhouse will be built in the next couple of years. Further homes will be built in a new Phase on the west side of the 15th hole.
Highlands
The Highlands at Wolf Creek Consists of custom home sites on a bench overlooking the front nine of the golf course, with spectacular views of Pineview Reservoir and the Wasatch Range. Hidden Oaks
Hidden Oaks is a small development of 12 units along Fairways Drive and Powder Mountain Road, nearly all of them developed with existing single family homes.
Trappers Ridge
Trappers Ridge at Wolf Creek consists of approximately 120 single family mountain luxury homes at the east end of the resort, many with beautiful views across Pineview Reservoir to Snowbasin Resort. The Retreat
The Retreat at Wolf Creek consists of custom home sites looking across the golf course, with stunning views of the Wasatch Range, and convenient to the golf Clubhouse, Fitness Club and commercial areas of Wolf Creek. Eagles Landing
Eagles Landing consists of custom home sites in the south part of the resort. Phase I included 10 home sites, looking across to Pineview Reservoir. To date, one home has been constructed.
